What exactly does your executive coaching help leaders achieve?
My coaching helps high-performing professionals (most of whom are in real estate, tech & finance) create powerful clarity, confidence, and connection in every area of their lives.
There are specific processes for improving leadership presence, more effectively regulating big emotional, deepening personal relationships, and improving decision-making under pressure. The results are measurable professional performance and noticeably improved personal well-being.
What specific results can I expect from working together?
Clients often report:
Clearer thinking and calmer decision-making
Better communication and leadership presence
Healthier relationships at home and at work
Sustained energy, confidence, and fulfillment
Tangible business results without burnout
Deeper sense of peace & purpose in the world
Do you work with companies or only individuals?
Both. I work with individual clients one-on-one and I also partner with organizations to support their top leaders on an individual basis as well.
I also speak and tech workshops on the value of mental health, regulating emotions, mastering the mind and strengthening families and cultures through coaching & growth programs.
How do I know if coaching with you is the right fit?
You don’t — but if you’d like to know for sure, simply schedule a call and let’s find out together.
What’s the format and structure of a corporate engagement?
Corporate engagements typically include 1:1 coaching for key leaders, optional team sessions, and absolutely minimal progress reports for HR or leadership sponsors. Most engagements can be customized to your organizational goals and last at least 12 months.
Who do you typically work with?
I work with senior executives, founders, and top-producing professionals — primarily in real estate, tech, and finance — who are often quote-unquote “already successful,” but either want to operate with greater emotional alignment, leadership depth, and personal fulfillment — or they are experiencing significant emotional pain from a death, divorce, traumatic event or other challenging personal experience.
How does executive coaching differ from therapy or consulting?
Therapy is often focused on exploring your past experiences to heal emotional wounds and professional consulting is typically about strategies & systems to implement in your career.
My work integrates both perspectives — helping individuals both heal internal pain, uncover subconscious patterns, align desired behavior with intentional goals — while also intentionally focusing on consistent action toward improving processes & performance as a professional in your field.
What’s the structure of your coaching engagements?
There is a required 6-month retainer to work together, however most of my clients work with me for at least 12 months — and many for 18 months and beyond.
There are weekly or bi-weekly sessions, automated email reflections every weekend and a variety of assessments and exercises used on an as-needed basis for each client and their own unique needs.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, on the Phone or in-person (for Austin-based clients and select corporate engagements).
While I happily meet my clients where they are in terms of flexibility, I focus entirely on providing an emotionally safe, 100% confidential, and convenient space for my clients to do their work.
How do you measure impact and ROI?
We define measurable objectives at the start at both the individual and organizational level (if necessary) — and track progress through both qualitative and quantitative feedback on a quarterly basis.
How do we get started?
We begin with a initial call to understand your specific needs, desired outcomes, and personal & professional priorities (for individuals and organizations alike).
From there, we simply make a plan get to work.
